Why Computer Karma?

Computer Karma was founded in 2003, by me Ethan Leslie, because I enjoy solving computer issues big or small. Back then I quickly realized that computers were becoming more and more common in households for personal use while at the same time more and more people didn't really know how to best utilize this resource. People are too busy today to take their computer into a store to have it fixed, so why should they? Filling a void I saw with the computer repair businesses at the time I decided to make house calls to homes and small business to fix any issues and teach users helpful tips along the way.
In general I love trouble shooting computer problems and teaching regular users like yourself how to get more out of your computer in a fast and friendly manner.

A little about me:

Ever since I was little I have been fascinated with computers and how they worked. One day I came across a friend who had a broken computer and I made it my goal to get that computer running again.
Me
It took a little work, but sure enough I had it running. Ever since then I was hooked! Growing up through grade school I loved helping teachers with their computer problems and fixing them if necessary.
I continued to learn more by fixing computers and reading computer related literature. Through this I became more involved in computer technology and helping others with their computer related problem.

What am I doing now?

I have graduated from the University of Hartford with a bachelors degree in Interactive Information Technology. I've been working professionally doing website development and support for web-based applications. Outside of my professional career in the evenings or on weekends i've kept helping new and repeat clients with their computer issues.
